Our Polaroid Now package offers you and your guests the opportunity to capture the night through the charm and nostalgia of polaroid instant pictures. Our multi camera packages allow you to distribute cameras around your event, giving your guests the chance to get involved and enjoy the moments.
Pricing
We offer a five or ten camera package that is delivered to your door step before your event, and once you are done, we will collect the cameras, leaving you with lasting memories.

For larger events we can offer more cameras and generally hire out in batches of five. However, please feel free to get in touch for any custom requests and we will see what we can do.
Prices are based on 10 working day hire, giving you plenty of time either side of your event to avoid any stress. Postage and return postage are all included. For extended hiring periods, please get in contact.

We aim to deliver the cameras a week before your event. This is to ensure you receive the cameras in plenty of time to avoid any stress. Cameras will be delivered with Royal Mail Special Delivery service so you will need to ensure somebody is in to receive and sign for the parcel. We will discuss preferred delivery dates with you at the time of booking and confirm before we dispatch the cameras.

We have tried to do as much of the work as possible so you don’t have to. Cameras will need to be packed back into the supplied hard case with the included charging cables. You will then need to place the hard case into the original cardboard box that they were delivered in, and seal the box using the supplied strip of tape. Royal Mail will then collect the cameras from your address, no return label required, We will discuss available collection dates with you so you can ensure someone is around to hand the parcel to Royal Mail.

Terms and Conditions
Cameras are hired on a 10-day basis and are usually delivered to you one week before your event. For longer hiring periods or if proposed delivery dates do not work for you, please get in contact. Cameras will be delivered with Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Somebody will need to be in to receive and sign for the cameras. Cameras will be collected for the agreed address 3 working days after your event. All packaging must be re-used when returning so please be careful when opening the box. Additional tape will be included to re-seal the box before collection. You do not need to worry about the return label as Royal Mail will supply these.
A retainer fee will be required to secure your chosen date which is fully refundable within 14 days of securing your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 28 days before the agreed the event date. We will discuss your available dates so you can ensure someone will be in for delivery and collection of the cameras. This will be discussed up to days before your event.
In addition to the total booking fee, a refundable security deposit is also required when settling your final balance. This will be refunded once the cameras have been safely returned and checked over.
